Sofa Joy

Yes I know, its a pathetic thing to be getting so excited about but hey so what, I am! I've ordered my new sofa. Its going to take to March to get here (boohoo) but its the first ever brand new one I've had. The last one was second hand from a kind relative but it's had its day, worn and broken (and coral pink) after 9½ years it needs replacing.

So here it is, this is what I've chosen, only mine goes the other way and is in Dark Chocolate as I'm not brave enough to allow Littleun near one so light in colour. What do you think?

Looks gorgeous.

Wish we had a room big enough for something like that!

You wouldn't say that about the size if you saw the hassle the carpet layers had yesterday.

The room is up a flight of old victorian stairs, with no space for turning easily and lots of bannisters. Once you get into the room it is 29foot one side and up to 25foot on the other. Boy were they cursing the fact we'd gone for one whole bit of carpet!

so so excited, he he.

It's gorgeous! and soooooooooo BIG! Dark chocolate will be lovely and still very practical for the little one. What colour is the carpeting?

Er, the carpet, thats a hard one to describe it's kind of an oatmeal, but its got flecks in it, again to be littleun frendly. If it was possible I think I might just ban him from this room!

I'm actually getting a bit worried about the size I've gone for now...

lol, no they should be better as it's in a couple of parts. It was funny with the carpet, it nearly went back out of the window on the other side they were that naffed off!
